The Comprehensive Social Benefit Program (CSBP) is established to provide timely and sustainable social benefits to military, police, and support units (collectively referred to as “covered personnel”) who are killed or wounded in state-sanctioned operations. Types of benefits include: Special financial assistance, scholarship assistance, social welfare assistance, health and medical care assistance, shelter assistance, employment assistance.
