It aims to enhance the capabilities of a local Peace and Order Council (POC) by improving collaboration between government agencies, law enforcement, community leaders, and civil society organizations to proactively address crime, violence, and security threats, thereby creating a safer and more peaceful community through strategic planning, effective implementation of programs, and continuous monitoring of peace and order situations.
