NATIONWIDE SIMULTANEOUS EARTHQUAKE DRILL (NSED)

DESCRIPTION

A “Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED)” is a coordinated nationwide exercise where individuals, communities, and organizations across a country simultaneously practice earthquake preparedness measures, including evacuation procedures, emergency response protocols, and communication strategies, to assess and enhance the nation’s ability to react effectively in the event of a real earthquake; essentially, it’s a large-scale drill designed to raise public awareness and test disaster response capabilities by simulating an earthquake scenario across different regions at the same time.
