DESCRIPTION

The Citizen Satisfaction Index System (CSIS) is a data collection tool used to measure and gauge citizen satisfaction with the services provided by local government units (LGUs), by surveying residents on their awareness, availment, and overall satisfaction with key service areas like health, education, social welfare, and infrastructure, allowing LGUs to identify gaps in service delivery and improve their performance based on direct citizen feedback.
